For over a decade, owners Darren Labbett and Lana Bhikha have hosted chefs on numerous excursions to Extremadura, Spain. These trips have fostered enduring relationships with passionate producers who cultivate an array of exquisite products; fine vinegars, olives and foie gras to name a few. Each meal shared has woven a tapestry of friendships built around exceptional food experiences. It was during these transformative journeys that the vision for Edesia gained momentum and purpose.
